Ryan Banda joins the Ceteris family of companies as Vice President of Ceteris Asset Solutions. He is a multi-functional leader in the financial services industry, specializing in developing and executing corporate strategic initiatives, and operational strategies for revenue growth and cost efficiencies. He excels in P&L and people management by leveraging analytics to drive results both through others and via cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders.

Ryan is experienced in domestic and international M&A from initial due diligence and evaluation to acquisition and post-transaction integration. His executive level experience with First Associates, Propel Financial Services, and Encore Capital Group brings a long list of accomplishments in the areas of acquisitions, capital deployment, internal operations, and outsourcing.  Ryan is a San Diego native, who earned his BA in Political Science from the University of California Santa Barbara, and an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University’s Fowler College of Business Administration.
